Terms of Use
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Inside website at inside.fractalyze.io (the “Site”), operated by Fractalyze, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Fractalyze”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
The Site describes Inside and lets you contact us. It is not itself a service we provide to you. Any model tuning, serving or other services are provided only under a separate written agreement, which governs those services.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorized access to it;
- use automated means to access the Site in a way that puts an unreasonable load on it;
- send spam, malware or unlawful content through the contact form;
- misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
3. Our content
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the Inside and Fractalyze names and logos, are owned by Fractalyze or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site; any other use requires our written permission. Model names and other third-party marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
4. Information you send us
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send through the contact form. Please do not send confidential information; submitting the form does not create a confidential or business relationship. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
5. Performance figures
Benchmarks, comparisons and customer results on the Site come from specific workloads, hardware and configurations at the time they were measured. They illustrate what is possible and are not a promise of any particular result for you.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fractalyze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
