Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Fractalyze, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Fractalyze”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through the Inside website at inside.fractalyze.io (the “Site”). Fractalyze is the controller of that information. It does not cover services we provide under a separate written agreement; those are governed by that agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form we receive your work email address and anything else you choose to enter: your company name, what you are building, the model you use today, and your message. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the Site and keep it secure.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and two on-page actions: clicking “Talk to us” and successfully sending the contact form (together with the type of app selected). It does not use cookies; visitors are distinguished by a short-lived identifier derived from the request, which Vercel discards within 24 hours, and we see only aggregated results.
• Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google’s servers.

We do not set cookies on the Site.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss working together.
• To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to understand how it is used.
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.

Where the law of your country requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in answering inquiries and running the Site, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, and on legal obligations where they apply.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that act on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (delivering contact form submissions to our inbox), plus the email provider that hosts our inbox.
• Our affiliates, including our subsidiary in South Korea, who help us respond to inquiries.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and work with a team in South Korea, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for those transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any relationship that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs and analytics are kept according to our providers’ standard retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@fractalyze.io. We may need to verify your request, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top; if a change is significant, we will make that clear on the Site.
